Basically there are 4 different types of missions in Eve Online and there are level 1 to 5 missions 5 being the hardest but most rewarding. Depending on what agent you get your mission f Aion will depend on what type of mission you will get.
Another thing to remember is the 4 hour wait for another mission when you reject one, This does not mean you can not do another mission for 4 hours it just means you can not do another Eve mission f Aion that particular agent. As well as the 4 hour wait if you decline more missions your standings with that agent and his fraction will drop which can have some negative effects on you at their stations.
